  • Can I download the RAYFace software on multiple computers?

    Sure! RAYFace Software can be downloaded on various computers in the office. We do recommend that you keep it at a maximum of three (3) computers, and please ensure you that the computers have meet the required recommendations

  • What is the best way to send a case to the dental laboratory?

    Now that you're a RAYFace user we recommend sending the cases to the laboratory with the use of our cloud-based software "RAYTEAMS"

  • Who do I contact if I have any technical issues?

    We here at RAY America is always ready to support you, rather EST/CST. Our customer service is top priority. We are open from Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. our contact number is 800 976 4586 extension 1

  • How many training sessions can I have?

    Once you have our products, our goal is to keep you informed and educated on your device - We are more than happy to get you trained at any time you see fit.
